The Compost People
Legenda Madu Sdn Bhd's organic fertilizer range is composted using patent-pending
Biotop Technology, an eco-friendly composting process that produces high-quality
fertilizers for agriculture, horticulture, flora farm and plantation use. Our organic fertlizers
meet the strict standards set by the US Composting Council, the European Union and
the Australian Standard of Composting.
We produce organic fertilizers in our own palm oil mills. Our organic fertilizers are free
of harmful pathogens from animal by-products composted improperly, and have been
developed by our scientists to meet different soil nutrient requirements. This ensures
high yield for various types of farm and plantation crops; be it vegetable, fruit or other
agricultural produce.
Research & Development - For Customised Solutions
Through our related research and development company, Biotop Organic Waste
Management Sdn Bhd, we work closely with plantation and farm owners. We know that
not all plantation or farm owners face the same challenges; we provide
solution-specific compost to meet those customised requirements. We also provide
consultation for the implementation of palm oil biomass composting facilities. We work
closely with University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Forest Research Institute Malaysia
(FRIM) on improving agricultural yield and quality using organic fertilizers.

Our vision is to promote sustainable agriculture and environmental protection through
the use of compost and organic products. To this end, our production facilities are built
on the site of palm oil mills. This ensures efficient and environmentally responsible
recycling of palm oil biomass.
